Twitter employees have some requests for Elon Musk

Elon Musk, who will be purchasing Twitter on Friday, has been addressed in an open letter by Twitter staff. Employees have a list of requests for the CEOs of Tesla and SpaceX, which is included in the draft letter that Time Magazine read.

Along with their requests, the staff members also wanted to voice their opinions on the decision to lay off 75% of the workforce. The letter referred to these measures as "reckless" and described them as "a clear act of employee intimidation."

The employees who signed the open letter, according to the document, warned Elon Musk that they would not be intimidated and demanded that Twitter and Elon Musk stop using "negligent layoff threats."

The employees state their demands for "the existing and future leadership" in the open letter. Employees of Twitter stated the four needs and their personal interpretations of each.

It appears that the employees themselves are an exception to the rule. Elon Musk revealed that he has Asperger's syndrome, a kind of autism, during the introduction of his Saturday Night Live segment.

A top Twitter official was caught on tape making fun of Elon Musk's Asperger's in May. "Since he has Asperger's, he is unique; you have distinct requirements. The executive, who has been named as Alex Martinez, Twitter's chief client partner, remarked, "You're literally special needs.
